Check-in: hand-over of the keys from 5:00pm.

For arrivals before 5pm it is possible to use amenities such as: swimming pool, solarium, bar, beach, sport courts, mini-club and entertainment.
Valid documents of all Guests, minors of all ages included, are required at check-in.

It is possible to book on site a day-use room (more then 6 hours) or ask for a late check-out (within 6 hours). Service subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Any requests made during the booking phase relating to preferences or particular needs (e.g. room on the 1st floor), are only subject to availability and not guaranteed.

On your holiday use our baby’s room, accessible all day (night on request), equipped with sink, refrigerator, bottle warmer, microwave oven, blender, sterilizer, dishes, napkins and chairs. During restaurant opening time, cooked and non-processed basic products are also available: vegetable stock, vegetable soup, fresh sauce, tiny pasta, boiled meat and fish, fresh fruit, yogurt, hazelnut cream, jams, dried rusts and single-dose biscuits. Fresh or powdered milk, homogenized or other baby-specific products are excluded.

If you would like to go on a one-day trip, you have the possibility to take with you a packed lunch, that will replace the meal at the restaurant. The take-away lunch needs to be ordered at the reception the day before within 6pm.
The packed lunch is also available as extra meal at the price of €20.00 per person.

Do not worry about bringing your own beach towel, these are available for free during (a deposit is requied) with a midweek change included.
It is possible to request a new beach towel, in addition to the weekly change included, at a cost of €2.50 per change.

The free of charge Wi-Fi service is available in the Resort.

From the hotel reception you can rent a bicycle to discover nearby beaches or tourist centers.

The carpark of the Resort has limited available space, it is unsupervised but monitored with video surveillance.
Free parking is available outside and nearby the Resort.
Service upon request and with additional cost:
€15.00 per night (June 6th – September 11th). | €10.00 per night (during the remaining periods).

Some services are only available at an extra charge upon request or with reservation (e.g. doctor).

Please contact the reception desk for information and prices regarding the ironing service. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available on site.

Only a limited number of pets is allowed in our Club Hotel and a request during reservation is needed.
Allowed pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They must weigh max. 10kg. The price is €20.00 per day per animal.
Transport box or a leash are mandatory. Animals cannot access the beach, sport courts, playground, bar, restaurant, and private beach property.
According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.
A dog beach is present not far from Resort.

Extra lunch or dinner can be booked at the reception and are mandatory for all occupants of the room, unless otherwise authorized by management.

To ensure a pleasant and personalized stay, guests are required to report any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences at the time of booking. The Resort pays special attention to managing specific dietary needs. We carefully accommodate vegan and vegetarian guests, as well as those with gluten, dairy, or other food intolerances. However, please note that although every precaution is taken, the kitchen does not have a separate area for the preparation of gluten-free foods; therefore, the complete absence of cross-contamination in non-packaged products cannot be guaranteed.
An additional fee, to be paid on site, applies per person per night for guests who require special products or dishes suitable for gluten-free, lactose-free, or other specific diets. The fee is: €3.00 (BB), €4.00 (HB), and €5.00 (FB).

Payments at the Bazaar, the bar and in the restaurant are made using a pre-paid card, which can be activated at the reception and allows you to enjoy your stay without carrying cash.
The money card is issued with a deposit of €5.00 and can be recharged with any amount using cash, credit card or debit card. Any left-over amount, including the deposit will be refunded once the card is returned.

The municipality of Orosei requires the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €1.20 per person per night. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Orosei.

A public urban service bus ARST, whose stop is 1,500m from the Resort, is a convenient way to reach the centre of Orosei, Galtellì, La Caletta, Budoni, San Teodoro and Olbia.
